jeg syntes den er lidt i den tynde ende til at sippe. Men virker fint i en cocktail.

Certainly different than the Caribbean rums but heck it's from another part of the globe. I find it very enjoyable. Very mild on the nose and a good sipper with lots of citrusy notes. Suits a hot summer day perfectly

Not bad for young, not expensive rum. Smooth and easy to consume.

For more review details I need to test it on cat (: on wife by cocktails :)

This was my first Plantation bottle, and it was a doozy. At the outset, it was my favorite sipper, but over time spent drinking offerings from Doorly's, El Dorado, and other Plantation, I came to realize it's a little bit thin and perhaps one dimensional.

However, that dimension is one I like. This has a sharp flavor and a pungency in the glass that's a slap in the face (in a good way). A little sharp, tropical fruit, but without too much sugar, and the cognac barrel tang make this a drink that is pretty unique in my limited exposure.

Nice light color. Strange aroma with plums i think.

Beautiful bottle design
Smells of varnish, sweetness and a hint of vanilla
Tasting: Sugar, clove, a little black pepper and some funkiness comes trough. Maybe some brandy notes too. (raisins and oak)

As a sipper not very good. It's okay but there are plantation rums that are better for me. It's also more pricy than its counterparts. b/c of its price I wouldn't really want to use it in cocktails either.

Not to be repetitive but it’s true, this one has the funky smell typical of Plantation rums. Not bad just distinct. It has a pleasant taste that is simple and enjoyable. Nice mixer but for me not top choice for straight sipping. It is a nice rum.

I like the creamy, spicy, vanilla style. I mixed it with coconut water and lime to create the “Bula Splash” cocktail (recommended by Plantation), sooo delicious!

Nice drink overall but it's missing a sparkle. Vegetal/onion nose, a bit woody. Then it's a bit flat. Some grilled coconut...

Not among the top Plantations IMO. Has the fairly typical Plantation taste, but just seems thin. Works well as a mixer just needs some help

Very confused. The nose muddled, pineapple, wood, molasses. One the palate, surprising sweetness with little character, with honey coming through.

This one has other well heeled cousins... pick one of them.
