Barcelo Anejo

Very cheap rum with a distinctive sweet flavor, maybe a little bit more harsh than it's "Gran Anejo" brother. Still a very bad investment.

Light coloured and not very complex but likeable enough. Bought in Spain for 15 euro so certainly value for money.

When you need something decent in a pinch and there isn't much in the cabinet this will suffice mixed with soda. The barcelo brand is very good when it comes to the gran anjeo and the imperial but this is about the same as captain Morgan spiced rum

Ron muy similar a otros de su tipo, se puede disfrutar mezclado con cocacola.

Bit sweet, notes of leather and wood, bits of tobacco. Thanks Mediterranean sun probably influences my opinion, but quite nice at night on your terrace with the sound of the sea as soundtrack.

Only for mixing... maybe. Sweet, but quite harsh. And even when mixing, not at par with the Gran Añejo and definitely not with the Imperial.

A pretty good mixer but on the harsh side to enjoy straight. Great price to add this one to you collection or as a decent house rum. Being aged for up to 4 years and in ex bourbon barrels, I was hoping for something better.

Un ron agradable, sobre todo por la relación calidad/precio. Se siente mucho el alcohol al probarlo, sin embargo luego baja y se aprecia el dulce. No recomiendo para tomarlo solo o en las rocas, pero si para cocteles, ya que combina muy bien.

Nostalgia brings me to this bottle. summer beach days mixing this famous Ron with coke or Fanta.

No Great rum, but Great times anyways. To share with friends!
