More bite the Imperial but less than Gran Anejo. Can still be enjoyed Neat if you like some bite, The alcohol lingers less when drinking Neat, its an excellent for mixing, make a good Rum a coke or Rum and Coconut water when hydration is needed.
Enjoyed a bottle of Barcelo Gran Añejo Dark Series while vacationing in Punta Cana. Yellowish golden color. $13 per bottle. Mild vanilla and oak to the nose and palate when neat sipped. Dry and very oaky burn at the end. Definitely much better when mixed.
Nice caramel flavor. Fairly smooth with a tiny bite.
Easy to drink, tasty rum. Can’t get much better rum for this price.
Nice caramel colour. Full bodied
Goes well with a cuban cigar
Let the pour sit a moment to allow the alcohol to settle
It's a seven years rum, good rum for the price.
I like it for my mamajuana.
Promotional price. Aroma. Taste. Can be drunk neat, easy to drink. Produced in the Dominican Republic. Sexennial. 88,5
Easy drinking meat. Holds up nicely with a great Nicaraguan cigar.
