Very nice rum on the sweeter side of things but a lovely buttery finish πŸ‘. Also, gotta love a wax seal over the cork!

First review on here - not a connoisseur by any means. I was recommended this by a knowledgeable rum fanatic. It is the first rum I could actually sip. But overall, for $80cad, I have found others now that I enjoy much more.

Sorry, just not getting the flavour with this one which I was really looking forward to sampling. Really lacking on the nose as well in fact it could almost pass as a cheap sherry aroma and the afterburn I found rather harsh.

You got a classic not that sweet Ron in a wine bottle and it fits great because it's not complicated taste.
Beautiful amber color and a simple slightly smokey taste.
You have to like Ron to like Santa Teresa.

This Rum actually is not bad. Nice color, good smell, No sweeten. A straight Edge solera without any thrills. But it Burns, Burns, Burns Way too much for this price Level! Mixing is my favorit Option. This rum Can handle even a very spicy Gingers Beer. With Coke is superb. But definetly No smooth sipper. It reminds me more on a navy Rum.

Everything about this rum wonderful. From its deep red color to the fruity flavors combined with the sweet butterscotch taste. A great value sipping rum and a must in any cabinet.

A fantastic rum for it's price point, can be sipped neat on the rocks or with cola (some may cry blasphemy for mixing a premium rum such as this....but I like it)
A beautiful presentation bottle with old time wax seal over the cork and a label reminiscent to days of yore. Faint wafts of toffe, tobacco and vanilla greet your nose when you pop the (proper) cork. Very smooth, very indulgent, slightly sweet but with a crisp finish. Very nice rum and one you can show off to your friends.

Wow, this is an intense and tasteful solera. Complex, with nuts, honey, vanilla and pleasant long taste. Take into account the price, EUR 40, rating could also be a 10.
