51 Light Cachaca

This Brazilian moonshine has enough symbolic accompaniment to give a burst of animal warmth and energy. Сногсшибательный аромат чёрной смородины, дрожжей, дюшеса, древесной коры. Вкус сладкий древесный со значительной горечью, которую замаскировали сахаром. Этому бразильскому самогону достаточно символического сопровождения, чтобы он дал прилив животного тепла и энергии. И после всего карнавала настигнет расплата самочувствием за невысокую степень очистки и добавленный сахар.

For an unaged Cachaca I can see why this is the number two selling spirit brand in the world. Let this sit in a glass pure for a bit before sipping. The scent is pure, very nice. The flavor is complex. It starts strong then dives to softness very smooth, the finish is sweet and medium long.

A cheap Cachaça for students who want a Caipirinha to get drunk. Drinkable but nothing I would buy.

A tasty and nice Cachaca, but not very aggressive...

Use this for a Caipirinha and it certainly won't dissapoint you. Scent and flavour are more from a light rum than a normal cachaca, but it perfectly matches the lime aromas.
I also use this as a light rum replacment for other mixes if I'm out of white mixing rum, something you shouldn't try with other cachacas i know.

51 is Fantastic and pure in it's form. to those who take things too seriously, this is Sugarcane elixir. it is net the distillate made out of sugarcane. there is no need to add anything to it., it is is pure in it's form. i drink this neat. would never waste this one an office ladies man sweetened lemons cocktail. i.e caipirinha. only neat and only straight. it is perfection in it's own niche, it is joy on the tongue, and if you are not sick it's a wonder when swallowed in the throat. drink it natural. as a real adventurer, man or woman. if you think this is a rough drink, sorry to tell you, you are soft, way too soft.
8/10 because i am sure that the Cachaca adventure still hides rarer gems someway on it's paths.

Nothing special when tasted neat, but works very well in a Caprinha.

This is the 1st cachaca I have ever tried and while it tastes rough neat, I believe it brings enough of the grassy notes to a basic caipirinha cocktail as well as a batida de coco. Can't wait to explore further with this class of spirits.

Bad quality. Burns like a hell.
I do not even recommend it to mix.

Only once destilled, so there is a lot of sugar cane flavor. I like it.
