Good and sweet A typical tourist rum, with lots of sugar. But not unpleasantly sweet

A tough one... Very harsh, spicy and strong, but with a certain amount of dried fruit, oak, leather and molasses

A nice rum Nice and tasty, whithout extras, but probably best for cocktails

Good Demerara This is a great blend of Guyanan rums, with a wide palate

Smooth and sweet A sweetened rum. Normally not my cup of tea, but I have to admit that it was not bad at all

Good for a Cachaca Smooth and tasty (for a Cachaca) and probably sippable. Should be excellent for Caipirinha though...

Panama Red Overproof

Sirup Fiery but exceptionally sweet. Like an overproof vanilla liquor. Not really rum IMO, but drinkable

Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva

Average Far too hyped by tourists. But good for mixing....

Good shit! A pleasant rum with sweetness and artificial fruits

Gosling's Black Seal

Decent Rum Ok for sipping but only bought for making Dark’n’stormy

Bacardi Oakheart

Decent... Well, maybe Another dimension added to the Bacardi Black, with some oak...

Decent... A Clean and tasty Cachaca, suitable for Cocktails, especially Caipirinha

Decent... I only remember I made very nice Caipirinhas with this...

Decent... A tasty and nice Cachaca, but not very aggressive...

Negrita Bardinet Signature Dark 2-year

Decent... Another typical Cuba Libre rum. Excellent for that but not suited for sipping

Decent... Fully possible to enjoy on the rocks, but better in a cocktail

Ok Barely ok and only for mixing Tikis. Spiced and far from natural rum

Alright Not my type of rum, but ok for mixing I suppose...

Alright Well, good for its purpose, mixing. Not that tasty the Cuban way, as water...

Trois Rivieres Triple 1998-2000-2007

Hmmmmm.... Barely ok agricole. Thin and boozy, without depth and character

Decent... A nice Cachaca, very suitable for Caipirinhas. Oily and tasty

Havana Club Blanco

Decent... Had it on a Daily basis for sipping in Havana, but it really fits better in a Cuba Libre

Bacardi Superior

Decent... Another variety of the Classic Cocktail-base. Good with Coke

Bacardi Carta Blanca

Decent... One of the classics for Cuba Libre and such... Not for sipping.

Decent... A good rum for cocktails. Not suitable for sipping

Captain Morgan Spiced

Not good Drinkable, but not more, and only mixed with flavoured stuff

Captain Morgan Dark

Decent... Works in cocktails, especially Cuba Libre. Not otherwise
