caramel and coffee aromas, interesting colombian rum, hydrometer says no sugar
added but the feeling is very sweet in the mouth

Nice rum, but not for everyone. Sometimes it was a little hard on my stomach, same as the 20yo version.

Mooi van kleur, in de neus caramel, verder smaak van noten. Lekkere rum

Première fois que je l'ai goûter, je l'ai trouver très bon. Deuxième fois je l'ai trouvé correct, c'est vrai que quand on le sent, il y a un petit quelque chose qui pique au nez et c'est la même quand on le boit. J'ai hâte de faire un test avec d'autres 12 ans.

Érdekes de talán a 10 es nekem kellemesebb. De ez is egy nagyszerű ital. Szerencsére egyre több étteremben elérhető. Tisztán is kellemes,de long drinknek is nagyszerű!

A spicy and sweet smell, vanilla, light medical. A taste of vanilla, slightly alcoholic, some cherry. A nice rather soft one.

Fire and flame, this be a dry rum! Drier than bones bleachin' in the sun on a deserted beach. Do not be lettin' your nose fool you, maties. She smells sweet - almost TOO sweet - with caramel and a powerful brown sugar aroma. Aye, there be some vanilla on board, a hint of oak and spices, and for whatever reason, walnuts. On the tongue, she be spicier than she smells and nowhere near as sweet. There be a quick hint of sweetness and vanilla, but that quickly turns into a twangy sherry taste that finishes like dried raisins or prunes... and walnuts. There be no burn goin' down the hatch, so might this be a decent sippin' rum? Aye! The more you sip, the better it gets... arrgh!

I like this one quite a bit as a sipper with ice. Quite sweet and fruity raisin flavour. Coffee taste aswell. Quite distinct 7/10.
