Quorhum 30-Year

Really nice taste!
One of the absolute best rums i have tried.

I'm a passive reader here for a while now and I just registered to tell you: This is the best rum I've tasted so far. But I don't know how much this is worth to you (I'm into high quality rum for some years now and this is the first 30YO). Bought it for a friends 30th birthday. It was a great night. I tasted new things with every sip and it was exceptionally smooth. After the night, most of the bottle was gone but I didn't feel bad, since I got it relatively cheap. Great value in the upper-mid-range I think. There are 30YO that cost twice as much and I can't imagine them tasting twice or even 1,5 times as good.

I've had it in my collection for a long time. First impression was great. A unique fragrance that positively distinguishes it. Very clear, delicate, pleasant scent of wood. I associate it with the smell of wood in a sauna. It's a very pleasant association for me. Second impression: I didn't quite like the taste. It's unique, high quality, very good, but I found it too sour for my taste. Came back to it again after many other tastings and now appreciate it. Rum has no added sugar, but at the same time it is slightly but noticeably sweet and at the same time I feel the taste of bitter dark caramel and dark chocolate. The finish is very very long and pleasant, sweet, wooden, moderately complex but sufficiently complex. In some time he will write a review for punta cana xox which comes from the same distillery: Oliver & Oliver. I've also had it in my collection for some time. I will write how I assess the differences between them. I recommend this rum for those who want to have something special in their collection. If, however, you are looking for something to start with, I do not know if it is the best choice for you.

Fruity aromas, nice soft alcohol, menium minus sugar with long aftertaste of sherry, vanilla, orange.
Much better and interesting than 20-y.

Na tento rum som sa veľmi tešil lebo podľa recenzii by sa mi mal presne trafit do chute no bolo to sklamanie. Nebol zlý no sladkosť potláča všetky chuťe a musíte ich tam vyslovene hladať. Cítiť med, hrozienka, céder, čokoládu no je to také slabé nevýrazne. Cena pre mňa vobec nekorešponduje s výkonom. Daju sa nájsť aj rumy za zlomok ceny ktoré sú chuťovo lepšie.

Nejvyšší Q. Extrémně jemná chuť se závěrem opaleneho dubu. Aroma med s lehce nakyslim náznakem balsamica. Krasnejch 8,5.

Jeho barva, bohatost vůně a chutí se snad nedá ani popsat.
Musíte jej ochutnat, nechat rozeznít jeho tóny v nitru.
To totiž není rum to je symfonie.

Kräftige Walnussholzfarbe mit leichtem Mahagonitouch.
Intensives, süßliches Bouquet mit Lebkuchen, Butterbrioche, Rosinen, Gewürzen, Dörrfrüchten und etwas Holz.
Deutliche Süße aber nicht zu süß. Für einen bis zu 30-jährigen etwas scharf.
Vollmundig, hochkonzentriert, dichter Körper, feine Würze.
Langer Abgang. Leicht bitterer Nachhall.
Sehr elegant und sehr gut in kleinen Mengen zu genießen. Mainstream in Hochform wenn man etwas mehr auszugeben bereit ist und dafür von allem etwas mehr haben möchte. Preis-Leistung gehen daher auch in Ordnung.

Nem találtam eget rengető különbséget a 15 és a 30 éves között, nagyon finom rum!
