This was my goto in all occasions, I can't find it anymore. I had to switch to Select.

Sugar: 15 gpl. Another basic bar rum. This rum has a funny smell and my reference point was to the kitchen sink full of soapy water came to mind. It's a mixing rum and if you put in enough juice or mix, you can block out that detergent taste. It's better than the Bacardi white rum, but in retrospect the bonus Air Miles that came with the purchase were not worth it.

Nothing special, another Bacardi commercial product. Pass over

Gambled on this and lost. Unless it's an aquired taste I just burned $25. I had to have a Lemon Hart after just to make sure there wasn't something wrong with the ice or Diet Coke - is it possible to get a duff bottle of rum? After drinking rum for 45 years this was a really nasty surprise. If I'm lucky they'll let me trade this for a bottle of something else at the bar where I work.

I've had this bottle for years and never opened it. It still had the old paper tax label on it. Finally cracked it open. It was a twist off so I wasn't expecting a lot. Has a somewhat strong alcohol smell. Very dark. Decent legs. While it is aged and dark, it is somewhat light on the palate. Not a great rum, but pretty decent for the $15 current store price.

You can't drink this rum straight up, so you have to mix it with cola or something similar. And if you like mixed drinks, there are way better options than this one.

I have not seen rum but I have heard it has been relabeled as the select, so I will rehash my rating from that one. Not a bad tasting rum up front but with a saccharine aftertaste.

Ale určite nie chutný rum. Osobne by som ho najradšej už nikdy nevidel. Žiaľ komercia je komercia.

This is not a sipping rum. I never mixed it as I was disappointed with the taste neat
