Plantation XO 20th Anniversary

A classical rum. Taste is very smooth and light with nice after taste. I really enjoyed the packing and bottle as well.

J'ai apporté ce vin à un ami qui ne jurait que par ses scotch. Un petit cadeau du nouvel an. On a tué la bouteille en une soirée. Certain dirait sacrilège mais nous on a passé une belle soirée. Sucré sans trop, doux mais qui goûte le ciel.

Nose is vanilla, butterscotch, tropical fruits and oak. Extremely smooth, rich and almost creamy. Caramel taste with citrus and spices and a bit of oak. This is money well spent.

Средний ром, ожидал большего от него, для начинающих наверное не плохо.

K tomuto rumu je nutné se dopít. Vůně lehčí a příjemná, nicméně první doušek Vás nepřesvědčí o své kvalitě. Nicméně dalšími kousky vše dorovnáte. V puse se Vám promíchá hodně chutí, ale ta nejintenzivnější byla kokosová. A to se u rumu cení.

Nice color, strong alcohol smell in the glass, let it open up and all the sweetness comes out and that burn on the nose is not present once sipping takes place. Not very sweet, has an oaky after taste. Nice color. I prefer Barbados 2001 over 20th anniversary but this gets treated just as fairly when selecting from my cabinet options.

I spent quite a bit of money for this rum and It was definitly worthy! Smooth and sweet..
