Mount Gay Limited Edition Eclipse Nautical

I probably would normally rate a 6 because of the great Mount Gay products above it, but the bottle rates another star. It's a good mixer and the bottle screams festive.

My go to mixer. Great with coca cola, ginger ale sprite and the like. Mixes well with practically anything. I've tried many rums over the years, but Mount Gay Eclipse is always what I return to for a great mixer.

Never been a fan of mount gay rums.. I prefer dry sweet rums rather than the harsh notes this one provided

I received this one as a gift from a friend from Barbados. It was good but when I saw the cost is would have expected better. Still very good.

A great rum for mixing. I found it ok by itself, but not as good as other MG rums, most of which seem smoother. Possibly the best mixing rum I've come across, Eclipse does what it says to other similar priced rums.
My one regret was not keeping the bottle.

Better than their Silvers but the packaging does little to improve on the harsh qualities of Mt. Gay rum generally.. just not my favorite distiller
