Kraken Black Spiced

Outstanding in a dark and stormy. I decided to try it straight. Not bad. Had a bit of a cola taste to me. I probably won't drink it straight again, but that's just because it's so good mixed with ginger beer.

Belle bouteille, rhum foncé (abus manifeste de caramel), goût caramel avec un peu de vanille, de cannelle et de muscade.
Rien de transcendant mais sympa avec de la glace ou du coca.

Kraken! It immediately reminded me of Jaeger. Tried neat and it wasn't bad not something I would drink that way all the time.

Mixed with cola and it was ok but I do feel like it would be good with Dr Pepper or mr pibb.

Overall I like the kraken black spiced. The Bottle Presentation looks great as well.

I use Kraken as my "standard" spiced rum to judge all others by. Not incredible but dependable.

Good for a sweet rum with a pleasant finish. Would buy again.

Love the branding, the black spiced theme with the octopus. Taste is very good but not complex. Pretty simple but it's a really good rum.

It's a rum that mixes well. Pretty friendly. Nothing special

You can sip this rum all day! Nice dark color, strong spice flavor! If you take your time and enjoy it you can stay buzzed all day without getting drunk and feel great the next day.

Whilst this isnt a diplomatico or a zacappa this is off the shelf and really affordable if your on a night out.
The great thing I love about this drink is it can be drunk on its own but doesn't break the bank.

Very smooth black spiced rum. I found it mixes well with cola or lime and ginger.
There is a recipe for "Black Mojito" on their website that I am hoping to try when my liquor store gets more back in stock.
