Kraken Black Spiced

If you like spiced rums, this is your best bet. It is very sweet (a ton of added sugar) but great for sipping over ice. Would recommend.

Definitely a Go-To Everyday Spiced Rum...and ive tried many top of the line rums but somehow i come back to this one just for kicks !!!

Not something to bring out if you trying to dress and impress...but for your Home bar or even a Party where you want your Rum & Coke to shine...Definitely a Go-To and could be a conversation starter from the tastes you can produce.

And as well as always its at the good 15-20 mark...this particularbottle was $20 for me but i had to get it because i REP MY CITY !!!

Smooth rum not too harsh, very nice taste. Vanilla spice

Looking at the colour I thought this was going to be a dislike, however it’s one of my favourites, blended lovely, I’m not a neat rum person but I can get away with this neat

This was a revelation!

I’ve found most spiced rums are really only spiced with vanilla; and though I love rum, I haven’t really got a sweet-tooth. I started steering clear of the spiced.

But the beautiful Kraken bottle caught my eye, and I thought my mother would like to have it when I’ve put the contents away (anything I can do to get approval for a drink, I’ll do!) (not that I really need it).

It’s unlike other “spiced” rums. It really is spicy! Whatever they’re putting in it, they know what they’re doing — it’s just beautiful!

Too good to mix (unless you know it well and prefer it and like a cocktail), I’m actually thinking of making Air-mails with it soon; but you don’t want to overwhelm it — you’ll miss out on the fine flavour of this, the best spiced rum I’ve ever had!

A definite staple as long as i’m alive. Without Kraken would be like Earth without gravity I like spiced rum neat and love Kraken’s hot, strong but mellow sipping presence, perfectly balanced for this. Deeper and hotter than "Captain Morgan Black Spiced," which is enjoyable but much sweeter. Kraken is more mellow and deeper than Sailor Jerry's. Kraken is the center of the spiced run universe for me.

Me habían hablado muchos años atrás de un Ron especiado que inicialmente nació en Inglaterra y por supuesto de inmediato lo marqué como uno de los Tomer que debía Probar e incluso tener en mi colección. Muchos años más tarde y residenciado en otro país tuve la oportunidad de probar esta joya, un ron que sale completamente de lo común, con aromas y sabores a especias que ni ca te hubieses imaginado que podían estar presentes en un ron. Si eres de los que te gustan probar cosas diferentes y fuera de lo común, te recomiendo probarlo, eso si, solo Hielo, no lo dañes con ningún mezclador ni mucho menos agua.

I really enjoy drinking Kraken either with Pepsi, or just with ice. I love the sweetness & the chocolate taste. I don't have much experience, but as I tried a dozen of rums, this one was surely the best.

Soft and tasteful. The taste of cinnamon and ginger is very lovely.
