Lepší než 12 letá verze, ale ne nijak zásadně. Podobné vůní i chuťově, jen je vše ještě o chlup lepší. 87 ze 100.

Demerara distillers produce a fine 12 year old rum, and its older sibling takes it to the next level. The sweetness provides a nice flavor with hints of brown sugar, dried fruits, vanilla and some citrus to compliment the smell and taste of this exquisite rum. Looking forward to trying their 21 year old offering as well.

Dark colour- strong but very smooth rum flavour. Very nice for the price - difficult to beat.

Just a little too heavy for me. I'll trade you for a couple bottles of 8 year. I still think it should be in everyone's bar cabinet, just for the times when you want something extra.

A smoothe rum as are most premium Guyanese rums. An excellent mixer especially with schweppes. I highly recommend El Dorado

The legacy from the 12 year old, but with a maturity in the taste that makes this a much better experience.

El Dorado special reserve var en av de första sorterna jag testade. Mycket bra rakt igenom med tydliga och väl avvägda smaker. Kanske lite för dyr om man ställer den i relation till Diplomatico grand reserva.

Dark mahogany. Hints of coffee. Light on palate and medium aftertaste
