I always have a bottle of this or Guyanese high wine on hand, not to drink but to light my charcoal briquettes. Actual lighter fluid is hard to find in Guyana and expensive, this works perfectly and is cheap! Yeah don't drink it.
Surprisingly sweet with a good hint of caramel, the rest is alcohol. Still good in a cocktail, if nothing else at hand, but not recommendable. There are much better 151s in the same price class, but of course, there are also much worse! Better take a Gosling's or a Pusser's, the difference is striking. Would have expected more from that company, though...
