J'ai bu quelques bouteilles de captain morgan dans ma vie mais jamais en dehors de sortie. C'est un mixer bien vanillé qui apporte une touche douce au cola qui est déjà doux. Alors oui c'est écoeurant et impossible à boire pur mais en tout cas il ne m'a jamais rendu malade et passe tout seul en soirée arrosée. Et dire que ce rhum provient de la distillerie long pond!!! Si vous avez l'occasion de gouter un rhum full proof de cette distillerie cela risque de vous faire un choc car le captain morgan est tellement transformé qu'il est impossible de le relier à long pond.

Jeder hat wahrscheinlich schon Mal einen Captain Morgan in seiner Cola gehabt.
Ich hatte vorher nur Havana Club und Billigfusel getrunken und fand ihn geschmacklich interessant, anders.
Es fehlt ihm aber eindeutig an Alkohol- und "Rumgeschmack". Er schmeckt eben wie Rum-Light.
Preis: ca. 9-14€
Mir ist letztens eine Flasche runter gefallen, somit kann ich momentan nicht im Detail bewerten.
Aber dabei fiel mir auf, dass kein Rumgeruch im Zimmer wahrnehmbar und am nächsten Tag gar nichts mehr zu riechen war. Das sagt schon einiges aus, finde ich.
Fazit:
Besser als Nix, aber eigentlich lieber nicht.

It smells like vanilla, spices and alcohol. In taste there is a sweetness, burning of alcohol, spices, and bitterness breaks through. In the aftertaste, bitterness and burning, calmness.
This "rum" is for just to get drunk not to enjoy something.

Mixing this with 7-UP or a similar soda creates a cream soda flavor. Very refreshing.
This is a fine rum, but in terms of flavor, it is similar to Admiral Nelson. Save the money and go with the Admiral.

Ano , toto jedině do Coly . Pak toho ale vypijeme litry . Vůně a chuť vanilky je opravdu příznačná .

This is The first Rum I ever tasted, and yes, it was a Rum and Coke at a homeparty. Still, it is a Nice Rum with a clear vanilla taste.

This is basic. Just rum. When i think of bland rum this is it. Used for mixing only. Never bought a bottle myself but have had it at mamy bars in a captain and coke. Sense im a rum man i typically ask for rum and coke when i go out. And this is whats always in it. So its just a standard rum to me. Nothing special. Just a typical drink.

A little flavor of chocolate. Not too bad after 2am.
The nose on this rum is sharp, sweet and artificial. It smells almost cloyingly sickly sweet.
"It really is just vanilla, vanilla and a touch more vanilla. There is no subtlety, no hints of spices not even a hint of ginger or anything worth while. Its basically Vanilla flavoured rum."
