Rum z čisté šťávy cukrové třtiny zrál 11 let v dubovém sudu.
Vyrobeno bylo 228 lahví.

Aroma: Pronikavé, štiplavé v nose - svěží travnatost s alkoholem, kyselé ovoce (jablka, červený rybíz), banány, příjemná zatuchlost. Hezká vůně.
Chuť: Velmi hutná - směs dřeva, třtiny a pepře. Po chvíli velmi pálivá.
Dozvuk: Agricole - směs travnatosti, medu a hořkého dřeva se závěrem od sušeného ovoce (meruňky). Dlouhý.
Sladkost: 0/3
Ochutnán vzorek
Ve srovnání se single casky z kolaborace Le Gust je to nebe a dudy. Tento single cask je komplexní a velmi chutný "agricole". Tady nezůstanu asi jen u vzorku.

This rum, a 970 Single Cask from the Engenhos do Norte Distillery in Madeira is distilled in 2010 and aged for 11 years in an oak barrel before bottled at Brut de Fut in just 228 bottles.
In nose it’s fruity and spicy with aromas of leather and burnt rubber.
In mouth and at the palate it’s also fruity and spicy with flavors of wood, pepper and some oiliness.
The length of the finish is within the upper part of the middle layer.
Overall a rum with fantastic aromas and with flavors almost at the same level.
