The nose is fresh, round and fruity with aromas of anise, lemon and mango.
In mouth and at the palate it’s fruity and peppery with tastes of mint, orange and lemon.
The final is long, sharp, fruity, peppery and a little funky with tastes of vanilla and orange.
Overall an interesting rum lacking expected funkiness and esters.
