La Favorite La Flibuste

C'est une folie très marqué sur le bois qui s'adoucit au fur et à mesure on passe par de l'abricot bien mûr voir compté puis du pruneau. un poil trop sur le bois.

Voici un rhum agricole, issu de la Martinique, qui a vieilli 30 années en fût de chêne, le millésime 1986 donc,

Au nez, c'est chaud, je perçois des notes fruitées de pruneau et orange confite mais également des notes plus pâtissières de cacao et de caramel... Une note légèrement boisée est également présente :)
En bouche, c'est assez vif, huileux et enfin moelleux, sur des notes boisée et épicées (poivre). On retrouve également le côté plus chocolat noir et sucre cuit,
La finale est tantôt boisée, tantôt fraîche, très agréable et présentant une belle longueur :)

Vyrobeno bylo 9000 lahví.

Aroma: Výrazné seno, vanilka, med, koňak, třešně. Svěží.
Chuť: Seno, travnatost, mírná plesnivina, kořenitost a dřevitost. Plná a velmi jemná chuť.
Dozvuk: Pepř, seno, sušené ovoce (rozinky, meruňky). Středně dlouhý.
Sladkost: 0/3

Bájné Flibuste! Rum je to opravdu velmi dobrý, jemný, vyzrálý, ale... Preferuji a zvykl jsem si na vyšší voltáže a proto takto extrémně jemný rum nedokážu dostatečně docenit.

Jeg er normalt ikke så meget til agricole, men den her smager ret godt.

- vůně velmi sladká, mléčné karamelky, vanilka, ovoce
- chuť sladká, přechází v jemnou hořkost, konec opět nasládlý, travnatý

Une très belle robe acajou.
Une bouche complexe, avec des notes de fruit confis et de cacao.
Une très très belle longueur.
Je trouve d'ailleurs le final mieux que la "gorgé".
Mais j'avais peu être trop lu d'éloge.

I had the opportunity to try this great bottling at a small spontaneous tasting. It was the 1992 vintage. Thank you very much for that. I didn't take the obligatory photo because I just wanted to enjoy the company. I was told a lot about the rum. Strictly speaking, it is not an agricole, as the distillery La Favorite helped a bit at the time and put prunes in the barrel. That's how this great profile was created. They got in trouble because of that and now it is no longer practiced in this way. Actually, proof why many old bottlings have such great flavors. Here, the prune is omnipresent. Great fruit, a lot of sweetness and a balanced agricole note. On the palate, the rum is very sweet and the aromas are nicely balanced and creamy. The 40% give quite a lot, but are still a bit too thin for me. The bottle design, the history behind the rum and the ease with which it can be drunk make the rum the perfect rum for a social gathering when you are able to afford it. From a neutral point of view, he didn't particularly knock me off my feet. Nevertheless, thank you again that I was able to taste the rum.

Ich hatte die Gelegenheit bei einem kleinen spontanen Tasting diese tolle Abfüllung zu probieren. Es war der 1992 Jahrgang. Vielen dank dafür. Das obligatorische Foto habe ich mir verkniffen, da ich einfach die Gesellschaft genießen wollte. Mir wurde viel über den Rum berichtet. Genau genommen ist es kein Agricole da die Distillerie La Favorite zu der Zeit etwas nachgeholfen hat und Dörrpflaumen mit in das Fass gelegt hat. Dadurch wurde dieses tolle Profil geschaffen. Es gab dann Ärger und nun wird es nicht mehr so praktiziert. Eigentlich ein Beweis, warum viele alte Abfüllungen so tolle Aromen haben. Hier ist die Dörrpflaume omnipräsent. Tolle Frucht, viel Süße und eine ausgewogene Agricole Note. Am Gaumen ist der Rum sehr süß und dke Aromen komme schön ausgewogen und cremig. Die 40% geben ganz schön viel, sind mir aber doch etwas zu dünn. Das Flaschen Design, die Geschichte hinter dem Rum und die Leichtigkeit wie er sich trinken lässt machen den Rum zum perfekten Rum für ein geselliges Zusammensein, wenn. An es sich leisten kann. Neutral betrachtet hat er mich nicht besonders von Hocker gehauen. Trotzdem noch einmal vielen Dank das ich den Rum probieren konnte.
