I like both a lot, so as to which is better, that's subjective. If you like a sweeter style then Opthimus would be better. I'm somewhere in the middle, I don't like too sweet, but don't like too dry either, so both Opthimus 25 and Zafra 21 are among my favorites, I typically have both in my bar at any given time.
Where I live Opthimus 25 is about $90 and Zafra 21 is $62. If you gave me my choice of either for free I'd probably take the Opthimus. Its sweeter than Zafra, and has a velvety mouthfeel that's better to me than Zafra, but Zafra is incredibly good as well. If you're considering them both, get them both, you won't be disappointed, unless you really don't like sweeter rums in which case the Opthimus probably isn't for you.
