My top 20 best buy rums costing less than $25 US

It is MUCH more challenging to try and find really good rums on the cheap like these listed below. This represents only 11% of all 182 rums that I have tried that cost less than $25 US. So in some ways, this initial venture was more expensive than trying the highly rated expensive rums, but I was glad to have been the guinea pig on this. I had to omit Cana Brava 3 Year Old because it is no longer available. If you find a bottle grab them all!!! Only the first two in this list have my rating of 8, while the rest are all rated as a 7.
