Recognizable as Bacardi rum, this is a mixed style: light and heavy. That's what Facundo Bacardi has developed.

The nose is not very complex but I can say it's typical Bacardi. I get can or steel flavor, vanilla, honey, molasses, sweet notes of burned sugar, ripe or canned peach, slightly wood.
There is also the champignon note like in all Bacaradis, especially in the cheapest.

The taste is balanced, fresh and mild.
Initial taste starts with can/steel, honey, molasses, canned peaches and vanilla ice. In the middle I get the typical champignons, molasses (it's the one that I smelled in the distillery), canned peaches and vanilla.
The finish is a little bit spicy with and I get again can/steel, some honey, molasses and canned peaches.

Some interesting fact: this rum is similar to Facundo Eximo.

Nose: steel flavor, champignon, vanilla, honey, molasses, sweet notes of burned sugar, ripe or canned peach, slightly wood
Initial taste: can/steel, honey, molasses and canned peaches
Middle: champignon, molasses, canned peaches, vanilla
Finish: spice, can/steel, some honey, molasses and canned peaches

It's overall quite smooth and easy drinkable at 40%. The dilution is noticeable but it's also balanced and smooth because of that.
I would like to taste this one in cask strength.
I would rate this rum with 79 points.

Taste middle: champignon (from the 1yo), burned sugar, peach, vanilla ice, stainles steel

Aftertaste: burned sugar, steel, canned peach

Additional Information (https://www.moodiedavittreport.com/):
"Based on Bacardi’s rarest rums that have been aged in oak barrels for 10 to 16 years resulting in an average of 12, the blend is balanced with a touch of 1yo rum to develop a light freshness on the palate, Bacardi said. Similarly, the Maestro de Ron shapes the flavours of this rum by using a mix of charcoals to give Bacardi Reserva Limitada its balance and smoothness."

The best Bacardi I’ve had. Clearly a sipping rum, no mixers. Has a light golden color with minimal sweetness compared with a darker molasses rums. I’ll save this for friends who know their rums. A bit warm initially but not hot. Two minutes later it’s gone. Smooth finish with no unpleasant aftertaste.

Save your money for Facundo Exqusito. While better than 8 and 10, this is at best a $50 bottle of rum. I like it and would drink it again at a lower price tag, but so many better options for less.

Pretty thin. Not complex. Lacks body. No finish to speak of. Smooth yes. Would make a nice mixer. Not a sipper for me.

I had this a year go. I tried it alongside the Bacardi 8 year old. This is a very nice rum, it is full of flavour and very smoothe BUT, considering the cost of this Rum I would not recommend it over the 8 year old or 10 year old Bacardi. If the cost was around £60/£65 then I would recommend this rum.

Got two bottles: Santa Teresa and Bacardi from the same price league. Not trying to comparing their taste side by side, instead just some emotions.
Ladies first - ST: wow effect at the first touch, but it gets continue just fine.
Mister B: strong man, kicks a bit with alcohol, but later develops wow effect.
At the next night I preferred to stay with Bacardi.
Both are great, smooth and entertaining. Score 8
