I like this rum but it is very sweet
The bottle and label are great - very unique

Good rum, not really special. Taste is good. You pay what you get.

Sadly does not live up to expectations as advised by friends

Great depth of flavour. Smooth with coke and and enjoyable drink.

Nice dark colour creates some mystery before tasting. But as you do so, dissappointment appears. Super sweet - definitely not for anyone's liking.

This was my real 1st rum taste which I thought was fantastic. Great for a jumping off into the world of rum

Good run for mixed drinks. It is a nice-looking bottle.

And a little bit better than a Captain Morgan Black.

Smell: Strong vanilla mixed with caramel and brown sugar, green grass, black pepper, candy liquor, some slight coffee notes, slight ripe bananas. Overall decent, interesting but you can tell that it is not a "genuine" rum smell in a way –it is somewhat artificial even if they tried to balance it well (it worked to some extend).

Taste: Medium sweet brown sugar, caramel and vanilla stand out and dominate, there are some other spices – black pepper definitely and some dark tea notes. Some harshness appears in the aftertaste (even burn) from the alcohol. Could be a good mixer with cola and it is doable as a sipper at most.

For around 22€ - discounted in the supermarket it is def worth a try - 5.5.
