Nažloutlá barva, voní po ovoci (pro me převládá meloun) a koreni, chuť po čokoládě a zase koreni (jakoby perník), lehce stipe, krátký dojezd.
7 bodu jen kvůli ceně, která mi přijde poněkud nadsazené

A bit weird on the nose, but that is expected from 46.2° and relatively young drink.
After breathing for 10m the taste gets opened and it is delicious. Definitely 3 parts are detected: sweet, hot Guyana; fruity, a bit smoky Barbados and funky Jamaica.
Minus one point for short aftertaste; minus another point bacause it is overpriced.

A bit salty? Good for seafood? Maybe the navy vibe is influencing me, but solid rum nonetheless

Manly bottle, sorry lassies. Doesn’t indicate abv, though.
Nose is quite scotch. But the palate is def Carib. Decent funk. Surprising long finish. Will buy again. Slainte! to a surprise from Scotland.

I'd have to agree with many of the other reviews, this rum is decent, but not a cut above many of the others that are about $10-$15 less than this one.

Zpočátku mě vůně dost odrazovala, ale nakonec po chvíli vyvětrání je to lepší. V chuti převládají typické ovocné tóny, ale je cítit i káva, která mi osobně moc nesedí. Závěr dlouhý, jemný... I tak jsem rád, že jsem měl možnost ochutnat.

A sugary sweet and smooth rum which just lacks character for the cost. Almost an eight but just lacks uniqueness.

6/10 c'est la meilleure note que je peut donner à ce rhum.... un peu déçu.
