The rum is produced by Sailor Jerry Ltd., a company founded to honor the sailor-turned-tattoo artist, Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins.

this is a mild flavoured rum not an attack on the taste buds but special either
Of the spiced rums I have had, and I have tried a few, I have never been a fan or most. But this one is on the sippable side. I personally turn to it for my hot buttered rums when the months get cold.

It's probably the best spiced rum of the ones I've tried, but I'm willing to bet there's better out there. I like using it in mixed drinks.

... you'll see some of his tattoo images. This rum has a very strong almond/vanilla smell. It mixes extremely well with Dr. Pepper.

This rum is great to have in the cabinet and makes a great mixer with coke. I would not drink this one over ice. But this is definitely a rum I like to have in my cabinet!
I tried this because some consider it a top tier spiced rum. I was greatly disappointed. For my taste it is just too bland. It is not offensive nor does it stand out. Just average.

You couldd do much better... you could do a little worse. Would use this for mixing when friends come over.... but nt good friends.

Better than kraken not a drink to sip. My guest drink this with coke at the price I pay for it they can as it is not premium money spent on it

great taste (not overly spiced or vanilla flavoured like some of the more trendy Rums, fair price, overall a winner !

Well the nose is... there. There's the faintest whiff of vanilla, but that's about it. A little bit of nondescript spice emerges with airing. Taste is better, but still unremarkable. Generic "rum," caramel and some cinnamon and a hint of clove. The alcohol component is kind of weird in this one, as I would say it doesn't burn, but still manages to be harsh.
Rather unremarkable, and not the friendliest of rums. Doesn't do much for me.
