Bapt & Clem's 5-Year

I wouldn’t expect anything bad coming from Foursquare. Strong oak and molasses on the nose. Really nice grass, vanilla, and cane on the pallet.

Tasted at The Black Flamingo home tiki bar on 5/5/23. Thanks for cracking open your bottle Jordan! Rich gold color. Phenomenal aromas of honey, brown sugar and brandy. The flavor is outstanding with thick caramel and treacle. So very mild in the mouthfeel. Just a fantastic rum.

I have not tried Bapt and Clem's before, and will definitely be on the look-out for others. It's finished in late harvest barrels. There's a strong oak flavor with a little sweetness. Also, a solid mixer, but why waste it?
