Ron Zacapa XO Rum is produced in the highlands of Guatemala where it is distillled from fresh cane juice. The rum is then aged from 6 to 23 years at 7544 feet above sea level at 62 °F (17 °C) using the solera process. I have a bottle of this and break it out only when I have someone over that appreciates it. Nice and oaky, depth of flavour I can’t explain.

Probably one of the best rums I have ever tasted! Just special!
This is a very less spicy than the 23 from zacapa but honestly I think I prefer the 23. However drinking this requires absolutely no ice. Very smooth like silk

Dostal jsem darem, krásná láhev, velice dobrý sladší rum i na dlouhé popíjení, ale vzhledem k ceně mi to nepřijde taková hitparáda.
Vůně: výrazná, příjemná
Chuť: jemná, vyvážená, lehce sladší
Opětovná koupě: spíše ne
Cena: okolo 2100,- Kč
Can almost barely remember the specific taste characteristics except I note it as a great rum
my go to is Appleton 12yo.

Delicious. A serious step up from Zacapa 23. Hard to find at home, I've only had it at high-end hotel lounges. No detailed review because I don't have a glass in front of me.
Would delightfully drink again 🙂

Muy muy bueno, pero creo que un nueve es mucho y un 8'5 poco, desde luego sería un desperdicio mezclarlo, me ha impresionado ese sabor por igual durante todo el recorrido, la dulzura y la fuerza, lo de tonos no es lo mío, la verdad es que lo encontré a 56€ y claro me compré tres, y con esto del virus pues mejor llevármelo puesto, por si acaso, pero lo que es y el precio que tiene, la verdad hay otros que tomaré más frecuemtemente.

La robe du Zacapa XO est d'une teinte acajou foncé. De précieux reflets rouges taquinent l'œil. Au nez, puissance, richesse et raffinement pourraient définir ce XO : parfums de cacao chaud délicieusement accompagnés par la présence des fruits arrivés à pleine maturité.

Picked this up at Aruba duty free airport. Best i ever had, also got negro there but didn't try yet. Totally smooth wonderful in every way. Think I paid about $70 for the 750 and absolutely worth it. Don't think I can get it locally sad when gone
