Ron Zacapa 23 Solera Rum was created in 1976 in the highlands of Guatemala, where it is distilled in a copper-lined column still from fresh cane juice before solera aging.
The 500 year-old Spanish Sistema Solera method is used to age Ron Zacapa 23 in white oak casks. This results in a combination of rums aged between 6 and 23 years.
The current Ron Zacapa 23 bottle features a woven band around the middle, which is in reference to the original hand woven palm leaf petate bottle cover that covered the bottle.

The very first rum a have tried, and fell in love with rum drinking. Always a special one for me. Prof that you dont have to spend a fortune for excelent drink.

Nice color and tast, has some of that last longing after tast I expect.
Gibt's überall zu kaufen. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Nicht so scharf, wie der 35. Kein Caramel.

Lekker bruine rum, smaakt erg heftig. zachte kokosnoot smaak
The taste is a good combination between a good brandy and a fabulous rum👌🏻
Was introduced at a local bar and its sweet and with much flavour. Love the vanilla in it and some coconut?

good taste, but with a very short finish. Not bad rum, but I expected more!
