Foursquare 2004 Empery 14-Year

Color, finish great. Perfect rumbfor a Cuban style daiquiri.

Yummy a Sherry finish, one of my favorite official Foursquare alongside the Criterion, albeit this one is much drier.

Expectations were high as FS rums maintain a high standard. But this was the lowest I've tasted from this distillery, though I thought I'd it like more. Typical FS aroma and taste with a fruitier finish.

I think a lot of people prefer this to 2007 but...they're wrong. The ex-sherry doesnt do it for me, in general.

All foursquares so far have been amazing 9 and 10, but this burns like an unaged rum, the sherry is too faint (thought it would be more prominent like the abuelo finish collection)
