not great, not bad. not very special though, lacks character. smells like glue fresh out of the bottle, needs a little bit of air until it can be enjoyed. a well engineered rum thats too perfect or better to say made with the aim to be liked by the common denominator.. like all mass produced liquors - use it as a mixer

I don't expect any miracle but it is very good rum. Bourbon taste is expessive, not a much sugar.
Tried it straight, too harsh. Mixed it 50/50 with coke zero and it's enjoyable.
Middle of the road for aged rims, but to be fair 8 years is also middle of the road in age.
Overpowering almost artificial vanilla notes characteristic of Bacardi. I much rather have Bacardi carta blanca with coke, much more balanced. I paid $19.99 so value is above average. Would drink again if offered but would not purchase again.

A very good 8 year rum from Bacardi!! Smoky and oaky taste, a touch of pleasant burn at first. Not so sweet (a bit of added sugar..) had it neat and on one rock paired with a dark chocolate and salty truflle. Truth is I enjoyed every sip and will do it again. I strongly suggest this rum to begginers to aged rums.

Tu ron aΓ±ejo que siempre te saca de apuros, y se defiende frente a tus amigos - a buen precio
Itβs light, slightly floral. Itβs quite a fresh nose with a lot of vanilla and light milk chocolate.
"There is a honeyed sweetness with this rum which does become a little cloying at times. That combines with a slightly bitter finish which becomes a touch over oaked."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Nothing special here. Lacks deep character and robust flavour.
