Pampero Aniversario was first crafted in 1963 to commemorate the Pampero company’s 25th anniversary. The rum is a blend of rums ranging in maturity from four to six years and aged in whisky and bourbon barrels.
The Pampero distillery was founded by Alejandro Hernández of Venezuela in 1938. The brand is now a division of the world’s largest liquor holding company, Diageo.

it is very good rum. Full of flavours. Similar to El Dorado 12. Same bitter-sweet finish. Good nose and in mouth same experience. Great value for money as well.

...der Rum an sich leider keine Offenbarung. Bestenfalls zum Mixen geeignet - da gibts aber in der Preisklasse viel bessere.

Very dark colour I presume from added caramel ? Typical honey sweet smell , bit of alcohol bite at the start but smoothes of quite quickly in the mouth. A nice finish and a very pleasant after taste. Hoping I ll enjoy more with each tasting. So 7.5 for the rum and 0.5 for the leather bag , nice touch.

Light and to much alcohol burn for my taste. Leather and tobacco followed by a short finish.

Good for sharing in a meeting, no everyone will love it but for sure no body will be disappointed. if you dont let it breath first, you will feel some alcohol for when you sip it.

Da jeg ikke har prøvet Pampero rom før, tænker jeg, at jeg ville starte med denne da den endda var på tilbud til sølle 140 kr :)

This is a good rum, it has a strong alcohol impact in the nose but when you taste it is another thing, nice balance not to sweet or dry, a really good Venezuelan Rum
