It's got all the bright, grassy, and vegetal notes you'd expect from an agricole while also being very smooth and buttery, especially for a 100 proof unaged spirit. Makes a fantastic Ti' punch!
I’ve had this rum in my cabinet for some time and I’ve tasted it alongside some of its main competitors and this one is my favorite one. No off flavors, goes down smooth, and has a nice nose. Grassy notes are strong but not overpowering. Makes an excellent Ti Punch.
This one feels like it will be my go to for an images agricole.
It takes a couple sips to get through that heat I think, plus need to like agricole.
Sort of fruity.. sweetish salty-ish, depth
Bottle purchased at Jungle Jim’s in Cincinnati. Crazy cheap at less than $30 for a L. Pours clear. Aroma of biscuit dough rising in a window of opportunity. Crazy flavors that I did not expect. Spice- cinnamon and chili pepper. Hot palate but not too hot. Weird vegetable finish is my only knock on this very fun rum.
excellent example of rhum agricole - heavy cane nose and flavor..I love it in a Ti punch
Agricole by the book. Grassy. New go to. Great proof. Enjoy this is in cocktails too.
The subtle fragrance and taste of green grass. Smooth for no barrel time.
Aroma smacks you in the face and leaves you wanting more. Excellent, workhorse Agricole that goes fast with a great price.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Another unaged agricole rum reminding me of the cane juice being cooked down into ribbon cane syrup in flat trays during my childhood in rural Mississippi. The aroma in the snifter has elements of that. Of course since it is made from freshly crushed cane juice. The flavor is quite good manifesting the cane aroma into an outstanding taste. Although the ABV is 50% (100 proof) there really isn't a major burn. Neisseon Rhum Agricole Blanc, along with the Clement Premiere Canne Rhum, are two of the best rested agricole rums that I have tried and they are reason enough to sample. It is a refreshing change from the sweeter rums I normally enjoy. The Neisson is a bit more subtle than the Clement but both are outstanding.
This would make for an excellent sipping rum as well as a mixing rum. Very versatile and one to recommend to have onhand to lend something unique to adult beverages.
