Neisson 2020 L’esprit Bio Blanc 70

Neisson is with this 2020 L'Esprit Bio 70% back with a 70% version of their L’Esprit Bio after having released a 66% version in between.
It’s made from red cane in the Neisson column still whereafter it’s after resting is bottled without any reduction.
The nose is intense, fresh, soft, fruity, vegetal, spicy and sweet.
In mouth and at the palate the aromas comes back and are even more intense. I recognize lime, pepper and ripe fruits.
The long finish is also intense with the same tastes plus that it’s oily and very dry.
Overall a great AOC Agricole Blanc that’s very intense.

Al naso mais, frutta fermentata, litchi, alghe. Al palato invece si apre su note di frutta secca tostata (sopratutto nocciole, anacardi e pinoli), floreali, bosco, vegetale, pepe, kiwi e grappa barricata. Davvero stupefacente. Finale persistente e oleoso leggermente sapido, l'alcool è integrato perfettamente, dimostra 20 gradi in meno. Una perla complessa e raffinata.
