Nice rum to mix. Not great but i like it with coke. Absolutly worth it to buy.

Fruitier and less sweetened than the 12. Nice very good mixer almost reminds me of a brandy.

It's an ok rum for sipping. Comparable in quality to Bacardi Ocho. Nothing great but centainly good for the money.

Way better then his little Brother (5years). Not suitable for mixing. Go pure with it and you'll get à Nice moment.

Nice balance between sweet /dry.
I like rums neat and this one is nice for sipping. Good value.

It initially comes across as a possible sipper due to its notes of sweet caramel, yet it lacks that je ne sais quoi, that unknown (to me) variable that transforms a rum. It feels like a waste to mix it, yet it's not quite there as a sipper. Perhaps a second tasting is in order?

EDIT: A fine rum to sip and mix.

This is a great sipping rum and also goes very well as a mixer. For the price you can not go wrong for an everyday rum. Definitely one to have in the house.

I've drank this bottle years ago before I did rum ratings. An unusual flavor but not unpleasant. Smoothness is good and it's reasonably priced. I think it deserves a 7.
