Has a subtle taste of banana, it's lovely to sip in the evening
Great tasting rum with hints of vanilla. Smooth and mixes well.

I can't feel much of a rum taste but it's not bad product. There's a chocolate taste, almost like a bananas in chocolate. Smooth and sweet. Went down easy - like a dessert after a long day at work. Has a nice heavy bottle. Price is a bit too high. I got it as a birthday present and enjoyed it, but I would not buy it for myself. At this price point(35β¬), I would focus on different, better rums.

Smooth, sweet, coconut taste, powdery aftertaste...
I've been searching for a good sipping rum and this is very good. This with a splash of coke will almost taste like amaretto. Not harsh like traditional low cost rum, but very smooth with spice. Definitely designed to be a sipping rum and the heavyweight bottle it comes in is very nice.

We bought one bottle before our vacation last year and it lasts for the whole week. Too aromatic, taste is mediocre.

I really liked this rum, except the added banana flavor. Might have been an '8' rating had they not added all that banana.
Smells and tastes of banana, vanilla, sweet caramel, spice, nuts, and cinnamon. Not bad, except the banana flavor. :-p If you like natural banana in your rum, then you might like this a lot more than I did.
