“I tend to prefer aged rums on the sweeter side, and I tend to prefer molasses based rums over sugar cane based rums.
I rate rums based on their taste straight, not mixed.
I'm generally not a big fan of bourbon/whisky barrel aging (unless it's just a hint of bourbon/whisky), though I often like other types of barrel aging such as port and sherry.
My rums are currently sorted from my favorite to my least favorite, in order.”
