Všechny podobné "elity" celého světa jsou v reálu ta nejpodřadnější subhumanoidní verbež - a v kořalkách to zjevně není o nic lepší.
Never more!

Just an ordinary rum of pretty good quality. Similar to Abuelo 7 years.

Quite a contestant to Plantation XO but offering a better value considering the lower price. A really solid choice for any kind of premium celebration/gathering. Super smooth.

This is right in the sweet spot, price wise, and having a liking for their other rums, it seemed it was about time I tried this.
Smell is pretty subtle. Toffee, burned sugar and a touch of varnish.
Taste is pretty subtle too, to be honest. Pretty much the same as the smell, with a quite a long finish, and a gentle burn. It's also on the finish that a bit of complexity comes up. It's pretty dry, with the cask influence coming up.
Overall, the impression is of a bery dark, slightly burnt, sugar with a bit of cask influence. There's a richness hiding in there, but also a wateriness from it being diluted to 40%.
It lacks the funk of the Original, and the agricole component interest of Legacy, but does have its own vibe too. Wierdly, it reminds me of Diplomatico Reserva, but drier and less complex.

A rum as I imagine it: Nose of caramel, vanilla, tropical fruit. Fine and round on the palate. This is how it must be!

Grabbed for 25 euro on sale. It's very balanced, delicious and with nice oak finish.
It's like updated "original". Definitely will buy it again.

Much better than the Chairman's original 4-6 year, though quite a bit more pricey. At first it seems a bit lacklustre but the last sip leaves you wanting more. There's a nice finish of oak and some fruit. It's a proper clean rum.

Another winner from Chairmans and St Lucia.

Very easy to drink, but still offers complexity without the heat. Great on hottie hot hot days...

Not that I’m a professional rum drinker, but it’s my upgrade from captain morgen, and it is amazing, I sip it as it is, and I really enjoy it’s Flavour, it’s like smoked wooden caramel, with berry aftertaste. So it’s above average rates of 7
