As the rum breathes, subtle nuances of toasted oak, a note of licorice and ripe fruits such as raisins and plums are revealed.
7:The palate: well balanced, where caramel blends with notes of dark chocolate and toffee, providing a well-measured sweetness that emerges. In the mid-palate, more complex hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and pepper pop up, adding a pleasant spiciness. Toasted oak makes its presence known, contributing depth and structure to the overall profile.
