Captain Morgan White

As a white rum should be drinked only in cocktails or mixers but is too rough for my taste.

Colour: white

Taste: alcoholic

Smell: very alcoholic and unpleasant, close to cheap cachaca

Rating: do not drink it pure...rather try another rum such as Havanna Club 3 years for mixing...will not buy it again.

Kein Rum zum geniesse, eher etwas für die Bar und die grossen Massen, denn für exklusive Coktails gibt es schonwieder besseres.

Not much more to say than the title it’s a white rum

Inexpensive and simple rum for mixing, with an incomprehensible composition and manufacturing technology. No difficulty in aromas or taste. Everything is clogged up with added vanilla. The smell of "synthetic coconuts". Vanilla sweet taste. Although if you like the synthetic coconuts of Captain Morgan, then why not. Better than bacardi white or gold and even Captain Morgan original spiced gold.

Недорогой и простой ром для смешивания, с непонятным составом и технологией изготовления. Никакой сложности в ароматах либо вкусе. Все забивает дабавленная ваниль. На запах "синтетические кокосы". На вкус ванильная сладость. Хотя если Вам понравятся синтетические кокосы Капитана Моргана, то почему бы и нет. Все же лучше бакарди белого или золотого и даже Captain Morgan original spiced gold

I’ve been using Captain Morgan for years at my home bar for anyone wanting a fruity cocktail.

This white rum is absolutely nothing to write home about .As a mixer it is passable .Neat , it is an improvement over the worst white rum (Bacardi) .It does have some tasting notes and a light aroma. I guess it can be considered a decent starter white rum and I'll leave it at that. All in all for the price it is just ok and very reasonable

I remember having this in cocktails in uni days, did the job.

Not much of a flavour profile. Smooth but boring.
