Eminente Reserva 7-Year

Nice color, very light sweetness. Not my all time favorite but I would purchase it again.

Nice bottle and a good aroma of pineapple and citrus when poured. Quite smooth with a little fire on the throat. Taste does not linger for long. A good choice to offer at a wedding reception. A bottle worth having to offer to novice rum drinkers.

It is somewhere on a scale between vodka and rum, more on the vodka side. I heard there are some fans of this, but really?

Good rum to drink pure. Beter than the havanna 7y. More sweet and smooth. Warm and easy sipper.

It’s funky. It’s alright by itself but better mixed in a simple cocktail. Good in an old fashioned.

Solid and dry, without add-ons or extra sweetness. Balanced, woody with some fruit tones. Gives you a nice burn with some good aftertaste. It has a distinguished maturity for a 7 years old one. A nice sipping rum.
If the price was lower then would be an easy 7 or 8

From the classy bottle, in a tube, it’s darkish golden colour, earthy, woody and leathery nose, this is Rum as it should be.

On the dry side, surely nothing added to sweeten it, a good burn that quickly fades to a mouthwatering tingle it needs nothing in the glass , other than another tot.
One to be savoured and enjoyed.
