Jedná se o směs až 12letých rumů, které separátně zrály v sudech po bourbonu z amer. dubu od Jack Daniels, Jim Beam a Buffalo Trace.

Aroma: Vanilka, v pozadí mandle. Od Princessy se příliš neliší

Dozvuk: Špetka vanilky a dřevo. Ultrakrátký, plytký, vodový

Ochutnán vzorek, 27.1.2021, porovnán s HMS Princessa
Ve vůni je skoro stejný jako Princessa, i když ne tak výrazný. Nicméně v chuti a hlavně v dozvuku je plytký a jakoby zředěný vodou. Špatný rum to vyloženě není, ale v porovnání s Princessou velmi zaostává.

Nothing amazing but not a bad rum, just not noteworthy in any way.

Ordered this at a bar. Their bottle was almost empty, so they poured me a larger serving than usual, to restock later! Well received burn, with crispy, satisfying and long aftertaste. Fills you with a feeling of fulfilment and if you breath post sipping, then you sense its magnificence thoroughly! Their bottle was this, the old one.

I tried this at a rum festival and really enjoyed it. Works Perfect as a sipper, with nice smooth wooden finish!

The presentation is really excellent. The rum is a beautiful amber color. When smelling it the rum reveals a sweet brown sugar, caramel and molasses as well as notes of banana and a little tropical fruit. The rum is sweet but light, not overpowering. The rum has clearly not been adulterated and the taste is produced as a result of aging. I added a small amount of cola to the rum and a few large cubes of ice and the fruity flavor combined beautifully. It is mainly a rum to enjoy slowly and invite good friends.

A wonderfully smooth St Lucian rum. Smells of caramel and finishes with light vegetative and hints of warm leather. Well worth the try. I will certainly try the other more exciting offerings from St Lucia in the near future.
