Deadhead Aged

My purchase was solely for the Bottle. Once I picked it up I knew it was top quality packaging. So upon tasting I loved the aroma, color and legs. Truly a beautiful sipping rum

This turned out to essentially be an expensive plant pot for me. Much like the kraken, but more expensive and worse tasting, this is solely the success of marketing.
Probably one of my least favourite rums ever.

So I heard so many mixed reviews - I had to get a bottle to try. It makes an interesting Old Fashioned. I used Cardamom Bitters and Chocolate Bitters, a half oz Rock Syrup , 2 oz rum. I’m surprised how smooth it is.

Všude jsem se na internetu dočetl, jen jak tento rum haní a že jej prodává jen láhev. Za mě zajímavá chuť, lehce nasládlý s aroma po kůži a cherry. Koupil bych klidně znovu.

I find it a special kind of bottle. But that's the only good thing to say about this rhum. Taste very oak, and hard alcohol in when you take a sip.

for this price, we expected much more. Too young and not smooth. only one person in a round of ten said acceptable.

Very expensive bottle of rum that i wouldn't buy again, not even for 10 eur

Normally I stay away from rums like this. Usually they are 80% brand 20% product. In this particular case it's more like 60-40% with a decent product. It's nose is a bit disappointing but when you sip you get the mild aroma of a decent rum. With notes of spices an vanilla.
