Un excelente ron, que no podía tener un empaque mejor. Es suave y agradable al paladar; con notas de vainilla, caramelo y frutas, sin exagerar en lo dulce. Gran balance. Para tomarlo solo o en las rocas.

A nice rum from Peru, there is a nice combination of tobacco and leader on the palate, accaptable price for such a nice rum.

Man this Rum is just awesome. Very smooth and easy on palette.
I'm not a high class run drinker by any means[keep it under 100$ a bottle] and I saw this at my local Binnys and read these reviews and got it. So glad I did. I love my sherry oak rums and vanilla flavored by captain Morgan, for me this is a better tastings and smoother version of those. Zaya gran reserve and pilar 24 are 2 others I love and this is just as good.

The taste is sweet. The nose is sweet and sugary. The after taste is momentary and no burn on the nose or in the throat but a slight tingle on the roof of the mouth. This taste very similar to El Pasador De Oro. With the snifter glass I can really appreciate the difference nose, with the palate and the finish. It's worth the price. Bonuses is I got it for $55 instead of 70+. #Winning

Mahogni farvet. Sødlig eg, mørke bær og moderat alkohol i næsen. Kompleks smag af muscovado sukker, eg, modne bær og krydderier. Rigtig lækker.

This is a nice rum for those who love Zacapa rum.
It is not balanced like Zacapa XO, but rounder than Zacapa 23.
Smell is a little bit like Zacapa 23 (some herbs, vegetal notes).
It's not very cheap, if you can get a sample of this go for it. I have a whole bottle and was not disappointed .
Smell: dried fruits (raisins), cookies, burnt sugar, caramel, oak, herbs/plants, some barrel/gum
Taste: nice sweetness (caramel), fruit (peach), cookies, burnt sugar, wood, some spice
Finish: short to medium long, sweetness and then cherries in the aftertaste

Age: 10-30 (in average 18)
Barrels: Oak barrels from France, USA and Slovakia (sherry and bourbon)
