Sweet taste... best choice for my wife... and my first entry to rum world...

Honey sweetness and very smooth.
On a hot summer day with ice, this is a real delight.

Not a bad Rum! But very very sweet. Others that are very sweet get it mostly wrong, this one is still enjoyable. But for me personally only worth for mixing. Drinking it pure feels a bit too much like drinking syrup.

Very very sweet, too much for me. I would recommend it to beginners with rum, girls and to those who like very sweet things

Ce cubain goutte la canne à sucre et laisse en bouche des saveurs de miel. Je n’ai jamais goutté à un rhum aussi doux !! Il présente très peu de complexité. Il peut être bien comme digestif. Le positif est qu’il peut être apprécié de tous, grâce à sa douceur. Les non initiés le trouveront certainement sympathique après un souper festif !

Dark color. Strong sweet nose. VERY sweet body and aftertaste. Didnt be able to understand any other element. Drink it with ice. Perfect for someone not familiar with rum. Maybe it isnt a rum. Dont know...

With the first sip, wow indeed! Too sweet for my taste. Even with added water (a lot) and ice it was still too sweet. This is more of a liqueur with rum taste than rum itself. I will never buy this again. As recommended, tried it with a Cuba libre and it was really good. Therefore rated a 5 (instead of a 2).

When you need to get your girl drunk, this may help you. But i'd be afraid of hangover...

To harsh for a liquer, it burns. I prefer more rum Serum which is more gentle.

This one is more a dessert than a rum. It's definitely for sipping but it is so sweet I can't handle with it. I prefer much more the not sweet "brother" Legendario Añejo.
If your searching something very very sweet for sipping you may love this "rum", if you search a naturally sweet rum whose sweetness comes from aging better try something else.
As a dessert I'd would give it a higher rate, but as a rum the maximum I can give is 5.
