I love bumbu original, this one is more proper rum. Its older, stronger and not so sweet, love it :)
For the price, prefer the original. Extremely smooth, but totally different flavour
Nice color, a little brighter than the original barbados rum, but the XO is from Panama. Easy to serve for guests, no strong taste of liqour, notes of vanilla, caramel and maybe tobacco.
Tasty with a peppery lingering finish. Hot peppery nose.
No where near as sweet. No banana flavour. Really enjoyed this one.
Sweet n smooth, it is a delicious edition to the rum collection
Rhum doux aux arômes sucrés. Note vanille caramel?
Molasses on the nose. Sweet taste of raisin, vanilla and honey. Light lingering spice on the back of the tongue.
Great sipper.

Rich amber in a glass.
In the nose caramel, vanilla, wood but no banana.
On the palate very pleasant and balanced, fruits, caramel, wood and spices. Sweet but not as sweet as the "little" Bumbu.
In the finish smooth and medium long.
The few years of maturing more has done this rum good, or the other blending.

Classical Spanish style, must have for all, Aromas of toffee, oak and vanilla, after orange peel, pepper spices with notes of coffee in taste.
Notes of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg also come into play. It has little burn to no burn.
"It is a fair bit drier. There is a touch of oak and a little bit of spice. Traces of ginger and little cinnamon. It’s very very short finish wise."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

I am very satisfied like always with Barbados rums. Not so sweet like Original (it is not rum for me) and more balanced. Pleasantly stronger.
