De couleur rosée, c'est un rhum nouveau avec un gout qui lui est unique. Il est fruité avec une bonne présence de canneberge et un peu de cantaloup. Il est très doux et très différent des rhums que l'on connait sur le marché. Ce n'est pas un rhum sur lequel ma passion s'est créée. Mais heureux d'y avoir goûté. Ressemble plus a de l'eau de vie qu'un rhum traditionnel.

The Saint-Marie description is linked to the story of Montréal neighborhood “à melasse”. I found it thoughtful to create a rum in its honor. The colour is surprisingly red with a little sprinkle of solid deposit. It has a cranberry aroma and taste. Sweet enough to counterbalance the traditional hay aftertaste. Sorry but that last part is what made rate it so low. I’m not a fan of that taste. I hope all will at least try it anyway because it is very unique.
