Santos Dumont XO Elixir

"Brazilian" citrus Pyrat variation from danish A.H.Riise. Decent, but nothing special.

Very luxurious elixir. I will definitely try again, maybe it will get a place in my cabinet.

What could I expect from elixir, right? It's sweet as ****, smells nice and tastes like traditional Czech chcolocat bar. Not my cup of tea, but it has a "soul"

The rum is very sweet, but I still like it. As mentioned - this is not for all night drinking. I usually enjoy 1 or 2 glasses and that's it. I keep it as an alternative when I am in the mood for sweetness.

Its very sweet and with strong vanilla flavour, could be perfect after a meal as a dessert, but not to drink few glasses straight. Overall I liked it, but its not a rum its rum based liquer.

Too sweet for me, like you drink honey but when you like sweet rum this is good choice for money

Rom smagt til whiskymessen 2023 i KIF-hallen i Kolding. Puha ikke meget rom over det, synes mere det minder om noget til opblanding, alt for sød.

when I tasted it for the first time I said it was even more liqueuris than Riise Danish Navy Naval Cadet and sweeter, on the second taste I wondered how it can be called rum .. and I read on the bottle that it is a liqueur made from rum... I was a bit annoyed because I wanted to taste another rum and I came across the sweetest essence of these.. elixir.. how come I didn't think of it..

it resembles the gold from Riise, in the finish it seems that honey actually remains on your tongue
