Too alcoholic for me but it's OK. A little expensive for what it offers . I using this rum to make my rum and coke.

This was my first Cuban Style Rum. Glad I tried it, now I know that I don't care much for Cuban Style Rums. Just not as much flavor as the Jamaican style rums. I guess Matusalem is a golden rum judging by the color and taste. The aroma is weak and the after taste is a little strong for me. This one is just not worth the price in my opinion.

Good price for 15y but for mee has too much alcohol taste, hiding other details. The rest of bottle I mixed to my friends with cola...

First impression, good all rounder. The after taste is reminiscent of vanilla, raisins and oak but it's not striking, you have to find it. Slightly sweet and nutty as it hits the tongue. Not as smooth as I thought it would be for the price.

I am not fan of this rum. A taste of petrol comes up to much. Don't like this.

Nothing spectacular. A Little bit thin, but nevertheless a good choice for a normal evening

I'll start with the good. It has a pleasent citrus and frute smell and it feels very smooth in the mouth. . but then the bad news comes. No complexity at all for a 15y solera. It tastes more like a 3y old and there is nothing left from the good smell. After 2seconds the ethanol kicks in and kills any chance of a good taste. My wife even said her tongue hurted from the ethanol. I won't buy this one again. Only ok thing: the price. 21โ‚ฌ for 15y solero isn't that bad. I would suggest to put some water drops in it or let it breath for some time before drinking it. Maybe then the taste will survive a bit longer and thicken
