Kind of interesting thing - fine aroma, rich taste and so on. It even could be drinked neat but it is not "original dark". It have quite light body and taste so it cant be used in cocktails... Alas!

Trocha vanilky, pernΓkove korenie a kopec cukru. Nechuti mi ani v daiquiri, kde sa uplne straca.

Zo zÑkladných Plantation najlepőí. Aj čo sa tela týka a aj dochute. Aj keď komerčne postavené mixy.

Mid gold colour, lightly burnt, caramel, buttery, sweet winey finish

It’s not terrible. A bit harsh to sip but great to mix. It’s very well priced easy to find and now comes in a 1.75 size with a cork, that keeps classy.

Very nice colour and bottle, ridiculously affordable.
First impression might be a little overwhelming. Let it breathe a little after pouring into a glass. The aroma and taste will bloom into a pleasant and balanced experience. (OR, if you like to suffer and burn drink it right away - the esthers in the pot-still part of this rum will see to a nice spicy burn.)
Personally I'd rate it 6-7/10.
Cannot go wrong with this one, especially due to a low price. Worth a try.

I love this Rum, on my 3rd bottle in a few months. Full of interesting flavours and an enjoyable afterburn. I,m sure there is some of Plantations' Pineapple Rum involved in this, which I also love, so that is a good thing for me. I enjoy sipping this neat, and for the price, it is incredible value for money, that is why I have given it an 8 score. regardless of cost, it is lovely sweet rum to enjoy straight or mixed. Full of Tropical flavours.

A lot more Jamaican than Trinidadian... Opening the bottle you get a bit a cheap funky aroma , then caramel , vanilla etc. Tastes like it smells , average.. Makes a good mixer and I will use the bottle for cocktails , it should be perfect for that.
