Bohužel samotný rum má velmi silnou alkoholovou vůni a nepříjemnou, až whiskovou chuť a absolutně žádnou hloubku. Navíc na konci pálí.
Velké zklamání."

Note: I'm a sipper. My opinion is based on sipping characteristics.

Let's start with the fact this is a Bacardi product. With all the marketing shenanigans they are capable of. And the rum in question is more or less a marketing shenanigan. There's some stories online you can read and certainly don't forget to read press releases, there's a lot to be found there. To wrap it up, let's just say it was born out of necessity. Necessity to boost sales. This alone was enough for me to be skeptical enough and a think that would have prevented me from buying but said bottle was a gift. Anyway. It's unexpectedly good with a dash of water. Feels like an easy going version of Appleton Estate Rare Blend. And I like that bottle design, too.
